Why We Built This

I didn’t plan on starting a women’s health company. I just got tired of feeling like I was back at square one.

Doctor visits, prescriptions, being told everything looked “normal”. Even when it didn’t feel that way.

I tried everything I could get my hands on.

And while I was pregnant with my first child, it clicked...

Is this only for people who get recurring UTIs?

Not at all.

Sex can trigger urinary and vaginal discomfort, surprise discharge, and smells (you know the kind), but it’s not the only culprit.

Can I take this while pregnant?

Always talk to your OB first; especially during pregnancy.

The ingredients in The Ritual are commonly used in women’s health support, but pregnancy is personal. Your provider should always be in the loop.

What are CFUs? Why don’t we just load this with billions?

CFU stands for colony-forming units. It’s the measurement used to count live probiotic bacteria.

Here’s what most brands do: Bigger number = louder marketing.

Here’s what we do: Balanced number = smarter formulation.

More isn’t always better. Flooding the system with extremely high CFUs can overwhelm sensitive microbiomes — and in some cases, too much lactobacillus can create its own imbalance (yes, that’s a thing).

The Ritualist was formulated with intentionally selected strains and calibrated CFU levels to support balance... not chaos.
