Nine Ingredients. One drink.

01 D-Mannose The Bacteria Bouncer

What is it
A natural sugar that binds to bad bacteria so your body can flush them out of your urinary tract as part of supporting normal urinary tract function.

Why it matters
D-Mannose works synergistically with Lactobacillus strains that maintain your overall microbiome down there.

This is premium D-Mannose because not all D-Mannose is created equal. We sourced the highest quality and paired it with what we consider the best delivery system.

02 Five Targeted Probiotic Strains The Peace Makers
L. gasseri
The protective shield strain.
L. reuteri
Familiar, trusted, “the probiotic most women have actually heard of.
L. rhamnosus
The sidekick to rhamnosus that adds extra support for your urinary tract.
L. CRISPATUS
The crown jewel strain, the one healthy vaginas naturally want.
B. breve
Gentle. Found in expensive infant formulas. Adults often don't get enough.

What is it
A blend that actually targets your urinary tract and vaginal health. Not just random probiotics picked for the buzz word.

Why it matters
Many formulas on the market pick probiotic strains that are cheaper and easier to source.

You should know: more CFU isn’t always better. Too much can cause bloating, imbalance, or just become noise. We chose clinically relevant amounts and species that interact synergistically.

03 GOS Prebiotic THE FUEL LINE

What is it
GOS is a targeted prebiotic fuel designed to nourish beneficial bacteria and support microbial stability. This prebiotic doesn’t just feed random gut bugs; it specifically nourishes the Lactobacillus strains that matter for vaginal balance.

Why it matters
Not all prebiotics are created equal. We selected one of the gentlest (and harder
to source), most clinically studied GOS prebiotics available to support beneficial bacteria without overstimulating the system. All without the bloat that typically comes with it.

04 Essential Nutrients The Defense Duo
VITAMIN C
The immune defense vitamin your mom was right about.
VITAMIN D3
Super charged support.

What is it
This power couple helps your microbiome stay strong and your immune system sharp.

Why it matters
Vitamin C supports your immune defense, urinary tract resilience and maintains a healthy epithelial tissue. That’s the lining that acts as your first barrier against unwanted bacteria.

Vitamin D3 is essential for immune regulation and microbial balance. Adequate Vitamin D3 levels are associated with stronger mucosal defense and a more stable vaginal microbiome.

The Delivery System

Why Probiotics & Prebiotics Work in Water

Survival

Because you drink it immediately after mixing, there isn’t enough time for the probiotics to degrade. They stay potent all the way through.

Synergy with Prebiotics

GOS (the prebiotic) is in the same blend, so when you mix it, you’re giving the probiotics both a ride in and a food source to thrive once they reach the gut/vaginal axis.

Better than capsules

Capsules delay release, but they don’t guarantee survival through the stomach either. Your powder dissolves and delivers a concentrated, immediate dose - plus hydration, which supports urinary health.

D-Mannose works best with water

For Urinary Tract Support
D-Mannose is naturally water-soluble and works as it moves through the urinary tract. Delivering it in a drink aligns with how it’s intended to function—supporting your body as it flows through your system.

Intended to support normal urinary tract and vaginal function. Not formulated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

The Loading Phase

This isn’t instant-gratification wellness... it’s real microbiome support.

The First Days

Days 3-10

Start strong to rebalance your biome.

Take The Ritualist twice daily (two scoops total) for the first 3–10 days—either as one scoop morning and night, or two scoops at once. Think of it as your “getting things moving” phase.

Once you feel ready, one daily ritual helps maintain it.

A few things to note

  1. It’s normal to notice subtle changes in discharge, consistency, or pH as your microbiome adjusts.
  2. Our pro/prebiotics are selected for daily comfort and gentle, supportive balance.
  3. For best use, drink your full serving at once. This supports how the ingredients are intended to work as they move through your urinary tract.
  4. Double your dose when your body needs extra support...like when you're just starting The Ritualist, traveling, after sex, during your period, or when things feel slightly... off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for people who get recurring UTIs?

Not at all.

Some women take it because they’re tired of feeling like they're always playing catch up with their urinary tract and vaginal health. They're tired of the cycle.

Others take it because they don't want to be caught in it.

The Ritualist supports urinary tract health, vaginal pH balance, odor control, and overall health down there.

It’s rarely just one issue — so we didn’t build this to solve just one.

I feel “fine.” Do I still need it?

Most imbalances don’t announce themselves loudly.

If you’ve ever:

  • Felt slightly off
  • Dealt with odor
  • Had random irritation
  • Been caught off guard by urinary or vaginal discomfort

Your body was giving small hints.

The Ritualist is about steady balance; not waiting for things to feel out of sync.

How often should I drink The Ritualist?

For most women: once daily is perfect.

Some women choose to take twice daily or two scoops at once temporarily if:

  • They feel something coming on
  • They’re traveling
  • They’re extra stressed
  • They’ve just finished antibiotics
  • They just had sex
  • Or with hormonal ebbs and flows.

The Ritualist is designed for proactive, daily support for urinary tract and vaginal health.

More isn’t always better. Consistency is.

Should I only take this if I’m having sex?

Nope.

Sex can trigger urinary and vaginal discomfort, surprise discharge, and smells (you know the kind), but it’s not the only culprit.

Your microbiome is influenced by a lot more than your dating life - hormones, stress, workouts, antibiotics, tight leggings, travel.

The Ritualist is for overall urinary and vaginal balance, not just “after hours.”

Can I take this while pregnant?

Always talk to your OB first; especially during pregnancy.

The ingredients in The Ritual are commonly used in women’s health support, but pregnancy is personal. Your provider should always be in the loop.

We designed this for women’s bodies at every stage; just make sure yours says yes.

What are CFUs? Why don’t we just load this with billions?

CFU stands for colony-forming units. It’s the measurement used to count live probiotic bacteria.

Here’s what most brands do: Bigger number = louder marketing.

Here’s what we do: Balanced number = smarter formulation.

More isn’t always better. Flooding the system with extremely high CFUs can overwhelm sensitive microbiomes — and in some cases, too much lactobacillus can create its own imbalance (yes, that’s a thing).

The Ritualist was formulated with intentionally selected strains and calibrated CFU levels to support balance... not chaos.
